Chef Tony discovered his love for food at just 15 years old, working the summers at Lake Berryessa.
He continued his culinary trek by studying at the Art Institute of CA-LA, and worked his way up in 5-star restaurant chains such as Houstons / R&D Kitchen, and Westside Tavern. Having worked his way through every position in the kitchen has allowed him to truly understand the ins and outs of service as if it were one giant, well-oiled machine.
Since then, he has mentored under internationally known chefs and worked with LA based catering companies such as Thyme Cafe, Infusion Catering and Danny Harold Catering. Chef Tony has had the opportunity to work celebrity-studded events all over Los Angeles, which sparked his desire to start his own special occasion catering company.
